Owner Representation

Gregory Sharp Architect works on behalf of property owners and building boards to effectively coordinate the building process and successfully complete their projects. Owner representation includes working with the project’s team to make sure the designing and building processes are on track and the owner’s wishes are being accurately executed by the professionals doing the work. While the project site is active, we monitor progress to ensure the work is being done as contracted and the correct materials and products are being installed. Our deep knowledge of the design-build process and technical expertise will assure the best representation of your interests in discussions with hired professionals, community agencies and government offices. Gregory Sharp Architect also provides emergency project management and conflict resolution services to get our clients’ projects back on track. We represent owners better than they can represent themselves.
